I created The Presence Lab as a place where experienced speakers and presenters can bring their business-critical presentation, webinar, masterclass or keynote, and take it from good, to exceptional.
I use a unique approach. It starts with who you are, your message and your audience and identifies the bespoke set of techniques and strategies tailored to your authentic style. Not the usual programme with same process and same techniques for everyone.
The Presence Lab will immerse you in a small group environment, where together, I’ll help you identify what’s holding you back, eliminate your kryptonite, and practice owning the space in the way only you can.

I know from my decades of work with high-performing entrepreneurs, business owners and executives, that the ability to nail that important presentation is essential.

Why is Presence Lab so special?
I was inspired to create Presence Lab because many experience leaders/clients were telling me they’d done presentation trainings, worked with voice coaches, watch videos of great speakers, and they still didn’t feel they were comfortable communicating in their unique style.
So I created PL to help you overcome the thing that’s holding you back from brilliance – that thing you can’t quite put your finger on – and give you a tangible, repeatable way of creating lasting change.

Why do you need to apply and do an interview?
Because I want to make sure you’re ready (really ready) to invest in yourself and commit to the program so you’ll get the most out of your time in the Lab.
It also helps me to make sure that the small group you’ll be coming into is the best one to help you achieve your goals.
Individual Strategy & Design Session (1.5 hours)
Once you’re enrolled in The Presence Lab, we’ll get together on Zoom.
In this initial Strategy & Design session, we set your outcomes for the program and prepare your content for the presentation training day in the Presence Lab Experience.
The Presence Lab Experience
(1 day)
This is where the magic happens.
You’ll come into a live, one-day presentation training group experience where we’ll work together so you can level up.
On the day you’ll receive –

Personal Coaching: In owning your space, and amplifying your voice, presentation style, and message so you can be audaciously powerful.

Live Feedback from a Friendly Audience: This is your opportunity to audience test your content and try new approaches, LIVE in front of your Presence Lab peers.
As you take the opportunity to play with possibilities, you’ll get supportive feedback and insights from the group to strategically refine your design and delivery so you know how your presentation will land with your audience before you take it live.
Group Debrief & Living Your Next Level
(2.5 hours)
After you’ve delivered at your big event, we’ll regroup together in person or on Zoom and debrief your presentation with your fellow The Presence Lab peers.
This check-in is also about how you can continue live your transformation in the world outside the Lab. We’ll identify what your next steps should be so you can keep taking things next level with your unique, authentic, powerful presence.

You’ll require 1.5 hours for our first individual strategy session. A day for The Presence Lab Experience where you and your group will learn, develop and then implement. And 2.5-hours for the follow up and group debriefing once you’ve delivered your presentation.
Usually, it’s combination of both.
Strategy Sessions are always online.
Debrief Sessions are delivered online over Zoom or in-person depending on the group.
And while The Presence Lab Experience is best delivered in-person, it’s also possible for the entire program to be run online via Zoom.
This depends on group numbers and locations at the time of applying, and if you want to participate in the next available program, you may need to travel interstate to be able to attend.
The Presence Lab runs three times a year, with the possibility of additional in-house programs for organisational teams based on demand.
